1. Who we are

PA International China Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through www.patransformers.com. To contact us about privacy, email support@pa-international.com or use the enquiry (RFQ) form on this site.
2. What we collect, and why
If you visit the site, our web server and the third-party tools listed in section 4 receive technical information: your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, and how you arrived (for example, from a search ad). We use this to run and secure the site and to measure whether our advertising works.
If you submit an enquiry (RFQ) form, we collect what you type — typically your name, business email, company, country, and your message — plus any file you attach (such as a drawing or specification). We use this to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. If you arrived from an online advertisement, we also record non-identifying click reference data (such as a Google click ID) so we know which advertising produced the enquiry.
Attachments: files you attach to an enquiry are emailed to us and are not kept on the web server after the message is sent.
We do not knowingly collect any special-category (sensitive) data, and the site is not directed at children (section 9).
Processing that does not happen through this website. PA International China Limited also processes limited business-contact information from other sources — for example, professional contact details used for business-to-business outreach by email and LinkedIn.
3. Legal basis
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- Taking steps prior to a contract / performing a contract — answering your RFQ and quoting.
- Legitimate interests — running and securing the site, measuring advertising, and business-to-business marketing, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — where the law requires it, including for non-essential cookies.
4. Cookies, similar technologies, and third-party tools
The table below reflects a technical inspection of this site on 8 August 2026. These tools currently load on ordinary page views.

Third-party page assets. Some pages load fonts and icon files from third-party servers (Google Fonts and use.fontawesome.com (icon fonts)). When your browser fetches these files, those providers receive your IP address and the page you requested.
5. Who receives your information
- Our staff who answer enquiries, located in China (Dongguan).
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting and email delivery infrastructure.
- Google (analytics, advertising measurement, remarketing audiences, reCAPTCHA, fonts).
- LinkedIn (advertising measurement and audiences).
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers — stated plainly
- The web server for this site is located in the United States (AWS region us-east-1).
- Enquiries you submit are delivered by email to and read by our team in the People’s Republic of China. China has not received an EU or UK adequacy decision.
- Google and LinkedIn process data in the United States and elsewhere under their own transfer frameworks.
7. How long we keep information
- Enquiry emails are retained in our business mailbox for as long as needed for the enquiry and our business records.
- Enquiry form records stored in the website’s database (a submission log introduced on 6 August 2026) currently have no automatic deletion period; a retention period is under review.
- Attached files are not retained on the web server (section 2).
- Advertising attribution records (click IDs and timestamps, without your name or email) are retained for advertising measurement.
- Cookie durations are listed in section 4.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority — including under the EU/UK GDPR (your local Data Protection Authority or the UK ICO), and Chinese law (PIPL). To exercise any right, email support@pa-international.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
9. Children
Our site and services are for business buyers and readers and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new version date. Material changes will be flagged on the page.
